In the press…

This article does not paint a favourable outcome for Subiaco if footy and hospitals leave the home of football, Subiaco Oval and our current hospital sites at Princess Margaret and King Edward.  http://www.watoday.com.au/wa-news/think-you-know-subiaco-well-thats-all-about-to-change-20120716-22536.html

The article claims that Subiaco will go “from football to ghost town”.  I say with the latest development applications at the DAP, Subiaco will become an extension of West Perth’s office creep.  If these developments continue, the State Government will calling for Subiaco to merge with the City of Perth, with more office developments, more often.

Here are some recent examples of DAP decisions or ones to be decided.

Catherine St, DAP for approval

27 Railway Rd, DAP Approved

Hay and Olive St super block for DAP approval

Cr Bagot and Railway Road DAP approved
