The developers in the City of Perth are leading the way in the transformation of their original building stock into contemporary use.
The development and restoration of the building at 88 William Street is a good example of blending the old with the new. Let’s hope that the developers in the City of Subiaco do the same…

I think Perth is now out doing Fremantle in spades in regards to heritage and sensitivity
