Third Party Appeal Rights for WA

People of Western Australia are facing unprecedented loss of property rights from developers and the State Government’s unfair compensation rules.

Even if your property has not been affected by a new development in your street, your friends or family probably have suffered:

  1. Wall and ceiling cracking from a demolition of a building next door
  2. Excavation and footings on the boundary of your property
  3. Overshadowing or overlooking from a high-rise building next door
  4. Demolition of a single dwelling without planning approval
  5. Dust and rubble over your home, pool, garden and car from demolition, excavation and construction work
  6. Solar panels don’t work anymore from overshaddowing

Your friends and family have no rights to appeal a development that causes detriment to their property or a resumption of land at the State Administrative Tribunal.  They must stump up $200,000 to take the matter to the Supreme Court for justice.

Your friends and family have no property rights to decent compensation in in Western Australia.
